Our method

Evidence first.
Conclusions earned.

A clear account should show what is known, where it came from and what remains unresolved.

A repeatable
review process.

Our working review framework applies the same standards to criticism and recognition.

01

Listen & define the question

Record the participant’s account and establish what the review is trying to learn. Keep reported experience distinct from findings.

02

Preserve & trace sources

Retain original records securely. Track dates, provenance and revisions; publish only material cleared for disclosure.

03

Build the chronology

Separate reporting, response, records access and outcomes. Identify gaps and conflicting accounts without silently resolving them.

04

Seek a fair response

Before material adverse findings, offer the subject a specific, reasonable opportunity to respond. An unanswered inquiry is not an admission.

05

Review & publish

Assess claims against sources, redact private information and disclose relevant relationships. Founder-connected work requires a reviewer without a personal stake before findings are published.

06

Correct & follow through

Date material updates, explain substantive corrections and distinguish a promised action from a verified result.

How we describe evidence.

LabelMeaning
DocumentedA directly reviewed source supports the specific statement. It does not establish every assertion within that source.
ReportedA source describes an event that has not been independently established.
UnresolvedEvidence is incomplete, conflicting or insufficient for a finding.
FindingA sourced conclusion that has completed editorial and conflict review.

This framework is prepared for adoption. No completed independent review or adopted board policy is represented by this website.
